We liked the location the most. Loved that the back area was so close to the water and very peaceful.

Easy to get too. Front desk staff upon arrival she was multitasking. Her first priority was taking care of the guest. Very kind. Departure was easy and the staff again 10+ rating. Being able to sit outside and enjoyed looking at the water, very calm.

The event that we were attending was in Sandusky and I really enjoyed the location of this property. It was quiet and not congested compared to the Sandusky area which is more upbeat. It was a nice change in setting for the evening and the lake view was very relaxing and peaceful. We were up early for breakfast and there was a nice selection to choose from for both of us. The lady who was in charge of the dining area and the breakfast buffet was on top of keeping it restocked and clean. She was even pretty vocal with the guests by welcoming everyone and checking to see if there was anything she could get them. She hustled to remove plates and utensils from tables and made sure the tables were cleaned for the next guest. The women who worked the front desk were awesome as well. The one who checked us in was quick and made everything so effortless for us. The lady who was in charge of check out was also quick. Both were very welcoming and sweet! This was the second time staying at this property while in that area. I will always choose Fairfield in Port Clinton.

During checking in and our stay was awesome the staff was amazing and very helpful and kind I was confirmed a late check out and I got a phone call 20 minutes before we had to leave a little after normal checkout we were told we had to leave or we had to pay extra to stay we hurried up and ran out and this was because of the morning staff I told her we had a late check out she said we would have to pay more money

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff. Room was large with two tvs so we could each watch whatever we wanted

The breakfast was wonderful! Nice variety of food. Loved the oatmeal bar. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Hotel is right on the lake. I got some terrific Jonathan Livingstone Seagull photos at sunrise. Breakfast was exceptional, best hotel eggs ever according to my teenager.
